摘 要: | 基于自我反思教学模式发展而来的教育行动研究是国内外教育界专家倡导实践的研究方法。本文在阐述行动研究定义的基础上,分析了英语教师行动研究模式的基本内涵。行动研究模式引导教师寻找解决英语课堂教学问题的方法并运用到实际教学情境中,解决实际教学问题的一种有效的研修方法,有助于提高英语教师解决实际教学问题的能力,增强研修的实效性。
