摘    要:研究了添加稀土元素Gd(0~3.0%)对AZ镁合金压铸件力学性能的影响,试验结果表明:随稀土Gd加入量的增加,AZ镁合金抗拉强度和屈服强度先有提高,过量的稀土Gd反而使AZ铁合金抗拉强度和屈服强度下降.稀土Gd加入量为1.5%时,稀土对AZ镁合金的力学性能强化效果最好,在室温及150 ℃温度条件下AZ-Gd镁合金综合性...

Abstract:Effect of Gd addition(O~3.0%)on the mechanical properties of AZ Magnesium Alloy Die-Cast has been studied.The experimental results show that both the tensile strength and yield strength of Magnesium Alloy are improved firstly and then decreased with increasing Gd content.The mechanical properties are optimized at the content of 1.5%Gd,both room temperature and elevated temperature tensile strengths reach the maximum,which are 252.7 MPa and 218.5 MPa for AZ71-Gd Magnesium Alloy;275.3 Mpa and 220.6 MPa for AZ...
