| 摘 要： | 美的校园招聘笔试规模庞大,过程繁重。采用当前流行的XML和自动组卷技术,基于C/S模式的自动考试系统能够提高试卷的客观性和公正性,并大大减少手动出题、组织考试和评分等繁重劳动。实践证明,结合了XML技术和自动组卷技术的考试系统十分适合美的人力资源部校园招聘的笔试过程。
