| 摘 要： | 随着现代科技与社会的发展,电子公文的出现成为历史的必然。电子公文是相对于传统意义上的纸质公文而言的,它伴随着现代信息管理技术的出现而产生,并随着现代信息管理技术的发展而发展。本文就电子公文在传输及存储等方面与纸质公文进行了比较并就其优越性与局限性做了探讨。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of society and modern science and technology,electronic official documents appear inevitably. Electronic official documents,compared with the paper-quality official documents in traditional meaning, accompany the appearance of modern information management technology,and advance with the development of modern information technology. This paper makes a comparision between the superiority and limitation of the two kinds of documents in aspects of transmit and storage. |
