| 摘 要： | 讨论了在无电荷存在的自由空间,不仅可以用标势描述静电场,而且可以引用矢势描述静电场.给出了静电场矢势的定义式,并推导出矢势所满足的方程、边界条件,说明了一种应用方法.

| Abstract: | In the space without any electricity the static electric field can be described not only by scalar potential,but also by vector potential.The equation and the boundary conditions of vector potential of static electric field are carried out,and a kind of applied method is explained. |
