渗透汽化分离水—乙醇混合物

摘    要:用顺丁烯二酸酐和丁炔二酸对聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行交联制得渗透汽化膜,并对水—乙醇混合物进行渗透汽化分离。研究了膜的溶胀行为及透过性能随料液组成变化的情况。结果表明:顺丁烯二酸酐和丁炔二酸交联聚乙烯醇膜是性能优异的优先透水膜,随料液中乙醇含量增加,溶胀度和透量减小,而分离系数增大。

Pervaporation Separation of Water- Ethanol Mixture
Abstract:Pervaportion separation of water-ethanol mixture was carried out through the PVA membranes erosslinked by maleic anhydride and butynoie diacid,respectively.The swelling behavior of the membranes and the effects of feed composition on the separation properties were examined.The results indicated that.the membranes were prerentially permeable for water and the swelling degree and the permeation rates decrease while the separation factors increase With increasing ethanol concentration in feed.
