依托大型企业背景 培育高职院校培训服务能力

为社会提供职业培训是高职院校的首要社会服务任务，职业培训的有效开展与高职院校的培训服务能力有着密切关系。结合浙江经济职业技术学院与浙江省物产集团公司联合办学活动的开展，提出对高职院校依托大型企业背景，培育培训服务能力包括构建、机制、开发项目、组织队伍、形成基地、共建课程等五个方面的实施方案。

It is the chief social service task of higher vocational colleges to offer vocational training. There is a close relationship between the effective application of vocational training and the ability of training service. Connected with the activities of united running school between Zhejiang Technology Institute of Economy and Zhejiang Materials Industry Group Corporation, it offers a practical plan of cultivating training service abilities, including five aspects based on large enterprises background.
