高校智慧校园系统需求分析与功能分类探索

摘    要:智慧校园系统是提升高校信息化管理水平的重要途径,厘清高校智慧校园系统各类功能的用户需求属性,对提升智慧校园服务质量至关重要。在问卷调研基础上,采用德尔菲法、Kano模型和Better-Worse系数等多种方法,明确了智慧校园系统的服务内涵,构建了包括5个维度,27种功能的智慧校园系统功能需求服务体系,并对智慧校园的用户需求属性科学归类,分为希望功能、惊喜功能、一般功能、必要功能。基于上述分析,可对智慧校园系统功能属性进行优先级排序,挖掘智慧校园系统功能开发的核心价值点,为智慧校园系统构建与开发提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:The smart campus system is an important way to improve the information management level of colleges and uni-versities.lIt is essential to clarify the user demand attributes of various functions of the university intelligent campus systemto improve the service quality of smart campus system.Based on the questionnaire survey , the service connotation of thesmart campus system is clarified by using Delphi method , Kano model and Better-Worse coefficient , and the functional de-mand service system of the smart campus system is constructed , including 5 dimensions and 27 functions.The user demandattributes of smart campus are scientifically classified into hope function , surprise function ,general function and necessaryfunction.Based on the above amalysis , tlhe functional attributes of the smart campus system is prioritized , and the core valuepoints of the function development of the smart campus system is determined , providing a useful reference for the construc-tion and development of the smart campus system.
