| 摘 要： | 针对现有救生装备存在无法及时发送求救信息、无定位效果、不能为人体补充能量等缺陷的现状,设计了一种利用波浪能发电的快速定位式救生浮标。该浮标由波浪能发电系统、定位求救系统和人员救生安全系统3部分构成。该装置集定位求救、储物、救生功能于一体,突破了现有救生装备使用繁琐、功能单一,难以抵抗恶劣海洋环境等局限。

| Abstract: | In view of the defects of the existing rescue equipment , such as delayed rescue signals , positioning inability , andlack of energy supplement function , etc. , this paper designs a fast positioning rescue buoy with wave power.Tlhe buoy iscomposed of wave power generation system , positioning and rescue system , and personnel rescue safety system.The deviceintegrates the functions of positioning , rescue,storage and lifesaving , which is a breakthrough from the limitations of the ex-isting lifesaving equipment with a thicket of operation instructions , simple function , and weak marine environment resist-ance. |
