重建三峡民族地区农村社会资本的路径选择

强调信任、互惠、合作、规范和公民参与网络的社会资本，能够推进三峡民族地区的新农村建设。但是，由于三峡民族地区社会资本存量的不足甚至缺乏，制约了推进新农村建设所需要的环境。因此必须在三峡民族地区大力培育以信任为基础的社会资本，加强公民参与网络的建设，实现公平与正义的规范理念，发展壮大民间组织，最终为新农村建设的推进创造条件。

Choosing the Path of Reconstructing the Rural Social Capital in the Three Gorges Nationality District

The enforcement of social capital on the basis of trust, mutual benefit, cooperation, norms and citizen participating in the network can promote the new rural building in the Three Gorges area. However, the lack and shortage of social capital stock in the Three Gorges area constraints the building of the new rural environment. So it is necessary to strive to foster national trust-based social capital in the Three Gorges region, to strengthen citizen participation in the construction of the network, to achieve fairness and organizations, and ultimately to create favorable conditions justice norms concept, to develop and expand civil society for the promotion of new rural construction.
