摘    要:本文基于离散分形布朗增量随机场(DFBIR场),提出了一种适于球状石墨表面微观形貌定量分析的广义分形模型,研究了此模型的特点及其计算方法,并借助S600数字图像处理系统对球墨二次电子像进行了定量研究.提出了球墨表面形貌的FD分析技术,并在此基础上研究了Sb-Mg球墨铸铁中球墨表面的FD特征、Bi对球墨表面形貌和球墨铸铁机械性能的影响及其“时序效应”特点,以及球化剂中的RE/Mg比值与球墨表面形貌和球墨铸铁多次冲击韧性之间的定量关系.

Abstract:Based on the discrete fractal Brownian incremental random field (DF-BIR field), a generalized fractal model suitable for quantitatively analyzing the surface morphology of spheroidal graphite (S.G.) in ductile iron is proposed. Its features and the real-time estimating method are studied. With the help of S600 image processing system, the secondary electron image of S.G. is investigated. By using FD analyzing technology proposed, ihe characteristics of S.G. surface in Sb-Mg-treated ductile iron, the effects of Bi on S.G. surface morphology and the mechanical properties of Mg-treated ductile iron and their "ageing effects", the quantitative relations among the RE/Mg ratio in the nodularizer, the S.G. surface morphology and the multiimpact toughness of ductile iron are investigated. Test results show that, by means of the FD weighted average value, FD histogram and FD image, the roughness of an S.G. surface, the statistical distribution features and spatial distribution state of various kinds of roughness on S.G. surface can be quantitatively described.
