摘    要:非认知因素是学生学习和将来步入社会,事业取得成功的关键,在体育教学中促进学生非认知因素发展应引起体育教师的重视,针对非认知因素的体育课堂教学控制管理是完成教学任务和人才培养质量的一个重点。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、分析与归纳统一等方法,结合体育教学目标和教学具体内容,在教学过程中有机融入对学习时机、学习兴趣、意志力、情感交流的管理,加强目标导向,促进学生非认知因素发展。为学生步入社会取得成功奠定基础,有效地完成体育教学任务和学校育人目标。

Abstract:Non-cognitive factor is the key for students to learn, enter the society and have an ideal future career. In physical educa- tion, promoting the development of students' non-cognitive factors should attract physical education teachers' attention. The control and management of physical education class under non-cognitive factors is one of the focuses to complete the teaching task and improve talent training quality. Through the methods of literature review, expert interview, analysis and induction, combining with physical ed- ucation teaching objectives and teaching contents, the management of learning opportunity, learning interest, willpower, emotional communication are organically integrated into the teaching process to strengthen the objective orientation and promote the development of students' non-cognitive factors, which lays a foundation for students to enter the society successfully and reach the goals of completing physical education task and realizing the school education effectively.
