电类生产实习与毕业设计整合模式探讨与实践

生产实习和毕业设计是培养应用型本科教学的重要组成部分,是学生从学校学习过渡到社会参加工作的重要环节。文中提出了生产实习和毕业设计整合优化的培养模式,这种模式的研究对提高生产实习和毕业设计的教学质量、促进就业以及培养适应社会需求的应用型人具有一定意义。在近几年的实践教学中,已经尝试所提出的整合模式,将毕业设计选题提前,让学生带着毕业设计任务去实习。实践结果表明,生产实习效果、毕业设计质量和就业率都有所提高。

Discussion and Practice on Integration Model of Electric Production Practice and Graduation Design

Production practice and graduation design is an important part of applied undergraduate teaching, which is an important link for students to transit from school learning to working in the society. This paper proposes a training mode of integration and optimization of production practice and graduation design. The research on this model has a certain significance to improve the quality of production practice and graduation design, promote employment and train applied talents adapting to the needs of the society. In recent years of teaching practice, the integrated mode has been attempted, the graduate design topics is given to students in advance, making them to practice with the design task. The practice results show that the effect of production practice, the quality of graduation design and the employment rate are all improved.
