| 摘 要： | 在全社会就业形势严峻的大环境下,高校"双困生"就业显得更加困难。本文通过前期对"双困生"的就业现状、就业能力、就业难成因等进行的调查分析,进而从国家、社会、高校和学生家长等多方面提出了提升高校贫困生就业竞争力、树立正确的就业价值观的可行性措施,促进他们充分就业和高质量就业。

| Abstract: | The overall grim employment situation brings more difficulties for needy students. By investigating and analyzing their employment condition, employment ability and the causes of their difficulties, this article puts forward feasible measures of promoting their employment competitiveness and setting up correct values of employment from angles of country, society, college and parents, hoping to promote their full employment with high quality. |
