摘    要:毕业论文是考察学生综合能力、评估学业成绩的一个重要方式。教师介入毕业论文能有效地发挥教师的指导作用,有效地促进教师职业能力、专业能力和自我提高能力的发展。

Abstract:Graduate thesis writing is an important way of investigating students' comprehensive ability and evaluating their academic achievements. Teachers' involvement in thesis writing can not only effectively perform their guidance function, but also promote teachers' occupational ability, professional ability and self-improvement ability.
