新疆旅游人力资源分析与开发

摘    要:新疆旅游人力资源是影响新疆旅游能否持续发展的关键因素之一。文章对新疆旅游人力资源的现状进行了分析,并运用多种模型,对新疆旅游人力资源进行了预测,对新疆旅游人力资源提出了基于现状和预测的具体开发对策。

Abstract:The human resources of Xinjiang tourism is the most key factor of Xinjiang tourism whether could develop at high-speed and get its sustainable development.This text has analysed the current situation of human resources of Xinjiang tourism.This text has predicted the human resources of Xinjiang tourism according to the "Eleven Five" plan of Xinjiang tourism and also has proposed the countermeasure of development of the human resources of Xinjiang tourism under the new situation and forecust.
