| 摘 要： | 运球技术是足球运动中一个重要技术，它既是个人进攻战术能力的一部分，也是集体战术实力的基础之一．运球和运球过人不仅是维持控球权的重要手段，而且也是破坏防守组织与平衡，创造以多打少的锐利武器．本人从学校足球教学与训练中就运球技术及训练方法做一探究，以更好地促进高校足球教学与训练工作．

| Abstract: | Dribbling skill is one of the important skills of football sports,it's not only part of the personal tactics abilities,but also one of the collective tactics strength.Dribbling and excellent dribbling are not only the important method of keeping the right of controlling the ball,but also the sharp weapon which can destroy the organization and balance of frontier,create the situation of the several conquering the many.I made a thorough inquiry of dribbling skill of football and training methods through football teaching and training,so to improve the level of football teaching and training in the college. |
