| Abstract: | The Shanghai Commercial and Saving Bank was one of "The Three Famous Banks In South China" in Chinese financial history.Paying attention to the intellectual exploiting and the strict personnel management were the two important reasons which led to its brilliant achievements.Its personnel management sticks to strict staff selection,all-sided cultivation and training. |
