| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the current situation of the water resources at home and abroad,puts forward some practicable measures for the water-saving irrigation in China,and points out that our country should take the construction of the water-saving society as the basic national policy,make great efforts to researching the effective water-saving irrigation techniques,and strengthen the management of the water resources and the economic legislation. |
