摘    要:文章基于G-M低温制冷机装置,以磷铜网加铅球填料回热器为研究对象,通过数值模拟方法,得出了G-M制冷机回热器内部氦工质温度参数的动态变化规律;利用对流换热的场协同理论,对比分析采用磷铜网加铅球作为回热器填料的对流换热性能;针对不同填料类型的回热器进行了G-M低温制冷机整机换热性能对比实验,得出了提高整机换热性能的磷铜网与铅球的填充比例。

Abstract:Based on the structure of the phosphor bronze and lead matrix in the regenerator of G-M cryocooler,numerical simulation of the dynamic laws of the helium temperature in the regenerator of G-M cryocooler is carried out.According to the field synergy principle,the convection heat transfer performance of the regenerator with phosphor bronze and lead matrix is analyzed.Furthermore,the experiments on the refrigerating capability of different kinds of regenerator matrixes are conducted,and the reasonable filling ratio between phosphor bronze and lead is obtained.
