影响锯链与链轮啮合传动的几何参数分析

摘    要:分析了在不同支承情况下链轮齿宽与传动链片齿宽,链轮齿顶高度与侧链片凹口高度,链轮轮缘直径与侧链片趾部高度链轮齿槽角与传动链片楔角四对参数偏差对啮合传动影响。它们的影响在很大程度上与锯链节距偏差的影响相似。

Abstract:The geometrical parameters of a sprocket and a saw chain may usually not fulfil all the engaging requirements due to different designs, error when made, wear and tear and deformation during its use. A saw chain is supported on a sprocket mainly with three conditions, which are tooth side supporting, tooth top supporting and ring contour supporting. The influences of deviation of four pairs of parameters on engagement were analysed in this paper, which are tooth widths of drive link and sprocket, tooth top highness of sprocket and notch highness of side link, diameter of sprocket ring contour and toe highness of side link, groove angle of sprocket and wedge angle of drive link. The influences of them are similar to the influence of pitch deviation to a great extent, and the formulas corresponding to each other are also built here.
