我国中小企业自主创新能力的培育途径

如何有效地强化中小企业的自主创新能力,是我国“入世”至今五年来困扰国内中小企业发展的一个重要问题,也是“十一五”时期国内经济界和企业界研究中小企业发展过程中必须解决的棘手问题。本文在广泛调查研究的基础上,分析了注重中小企业自主创新能力培育的迫切性,探讨了中小企业自主创新能力不足的主要原因,并据此从四个方面列举大量典型事例并进行了分析,提出了中小企业自主创新能力的培育途径。

Approaches to Cultivating the Self-innovation Capabilities in China's Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

The efficient promotion of innovation capabilities in small and medium sized enterprises has been a large problem since China entered the WTO five years ago. It, however, is a difficult problem for researchers and scholars in economic and enterprise circles to solve during the eleventh "five-year" plan. Based on extensive surveys, this paper analyzes the urgency of cultivating the innovation capabilities in such enterprises and the reasons for the inadequate innovation capabilities. Then it conducts thorough analysis with sufficient examples in four aspects before suggesting the approaches to cultivating innovation capabilities of small and medium sized enterprises.
