不同运动负荷对左心室收缩性能变化的影响

以大鼠游泳耐力训练为模型，研究了不同负荷下大鼠左心室心肌收缩性能指标ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ，ｄ２ｐ／ｄｔ２ｍａｘ和组织学变化．结果表明，一般训练ｄ２ｐ／ｄｔ２ｍａｘ明显升高，左心室肥大，心肌发生生理性代偿；过度训练ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ，ｄ２ｐ／ｄｔ２明显降低，心肌发生缺血缺氧性的病理变化；因此训练程度不同，左心室机能和结构变化不同

Changing reseach on myocardiac contractivity of left ventricle in sports load

The changing of myocardiae contractivity, which is indicated with the indices of d p /d t max and d 2 p /d t 2 max , and histology of Left ventricle in different load is investigated with the model of swimming endurance trainning of rats. The results demonstrate that d 2 p /d t 2 max rises obviously, physiological compensation occurs in myocardium with left ventricle hypertroply, and d p /d t max , d 2 p /d t 2 max reduces obviously; the changes of ischemic and anoxic injury in myocardium take place in excessive training. Therefore, the changing of myocardiac function and structure are related with the training extent.
