摘 要: | 以大鼠游泳耐力训练为模型,研究了不同负荷下大鼠左心室心肌收缩性能指标dp/dtmax,d2p/dt2max和组织学变化.结果表明,一般训练d2p/dt2max明显升高,左心室肥大,心肌发生生理性代偿;过度训练dp/dtmax,d2p/dt2明显降低,心肌发生缺血缺氧性的病理变化;因此训练程度不同,左心室机能和结构变化不同

Changing reseach on myocardiac contractivity of left ventricle in sports load |

Abstract: | The changing of myocardiae contractivity, which is indicated with the indices of d p /d t max and d 2 p /d t 2 max , and histology of Left ventricle in different load is investigated with the model of swimming endurance trainning of rats. The results demonstrate that d 2 p /d t 2 max rises obviously, physiological compensation occurs in myocardium with left ventricle hypertroply, and d p /d t max , d 2 p /d t 2 max reduces obviously; the changes of ischemic and anoxic injury in myocardium take place in excessive training. Therefore, the changing of myocardiac function and structure are related with the training extent. |
