| Abstract: | The addition of P bromoaniline as an enhancer to the Luminol HRP H 2O 2 reaction system for the detection of antioxidants and measurement of antioxidant capacity in human serum is reported. The results of 22 serum samples show that normal ranges are slightly higher in males which is comparable with that of the literature. |
