中国女性血沉参考值与地理因素的关系

摘    要:为中国女性血沉参考值提供科学依据,研究了中国219个地区20693例健康成年女性的温氏法血沉参考值与五项地理因素之间的关系,发现海拔高度是影响女性血沉参考值最主要的因素,随着海拨高度的增大,女性血沉参考值逐渐减小.用教学回归的方法推导出了5个一元回归方程和一个多元回归方程.如果知道了某个地区的地理因素,就可以运用回归方程估算这个地区的女性温氏法血沉参考值.把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等6个区

Abstract:In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value of chinese female ESR, a research is made between the reference value of 20693 examples of healethy female ESR and five gcographical factors in 219 areas of china, which are determined by the way of wintrobe laws. It is found that elevation is the main factor affecting the reference values of female ESR. As the elevateon incrases, the reference values of female ESR decreas gradsally. Appling the method of mathematical regression analysis, five formulae of univarite regression equatlons and a formula of multivainte regression equation are given. If geographic index values are obtained in some area, the wintrobe reference value of female ESR of this area can be reckoned using the regression equations. furthermore, according to the similarity of ESR values, China can be divided into six regions: Qinghai Xizang region, south western chira, Northwestern china, Southeastern China, Northern China and Northeastern China.
