| Abstract: | From the analysis of natural geographical conditions and water resources in North West area, the main method of water quantity consumption has been given,and with the combination of new resources development and water quantity consumption, the contradiction of water usage between industry and agriculture of the North West could be solved, and the good condition of water usage could be realized for North West economic development in the year of 2 000. |
