瓶尔小草黄酮类化合物的分离及紫外光谱鉴定

摘    要:采用乙醇回流提取、聚酰胺柱层析的方法对瓶尔小草中黄酮类化合物进行提取分离纯化,得到黄酮化合物的不同组分,通过紫外光谱(UV)对不同组分进行分析。结果表明,从瓶尔小草中分离的黄酮类化合物母核上主要有4′-OH、2-OH、7-OH、5,7-二-OH结构。

Abstract:Flavonoid compounds in serpent's tongue are extracted,dissociated and purified by the method of ethanol extraction and polyamide column chromatography and different components in flavonoid compounds are obtained.Different components are analyzed with the UV spectrum and the result shows that 4′-OH,2-OH,7-OH,5,7-=-OH structures are mainly contained in mother nucleus of flavonoid compounds dissociated from serpent's tongue.
