摘    要:介绍了振动时效技术在HT-7U超导托卡马克核聚变大底板、真空装置等能源工程中的应用.结果表明:振动时效后构件的残余应力下降,变形减小,工艺费用降低,工作效率大大提高.应用动态机械分析仪(DMA)采用激光焊接小试样,通过对基于应变幅度的阻尼多次测量,模拟材料振动时效过程,连续3次的振动测量试验表明,不同激振力(应变)幅值下,阻尼变化不同.激振力较大时,阻尼的变化有一个先增加后降低的过程.焊接规范对阻尼有明显的影响,试样焊接速度越高,阻尼越大.

Abstract:The technology of vibratory stress relief(VSR) used in energy engineering,such as HT-7U nuclear fusion superconducting Tokamak massive base plate and vacuum vessel was introduced.The results indicate that residual stress and deformation is decreased,process cost is reduced and working efficiency is improved greatly after VSR.To simulate the process of VSR,small laser beam welded samples were investigated using dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA).The amplitudedependent internal friction(ADIF),which can be regarded as vibrating damping,was tested.The measuring results show that vibratory force(strain amplitude) affects the ADIF.The ADIF increases firstly,and then decreases at high vibratory force.Welding parameters considerably affect the ADIF.The higher the welding speed,the greater the ADIF.
