| Abstract: | Sociology,psychology and fuzzy mathematics were employed to make a deeper study of the factors which football coach must possess.The results of the study showed that these factors include moral character,managing ability,professional proficiency of football knowledge,emotion factor,social ablity and so on.In addition,some suggestions were put forward in accordance with these factors. |
