| 摘 要： | 对大学生进行信息素质教育是培养其创新能力的需要，高校教育工作者必须提高认识，转变观念，重视对学生信息意识和信息观念的培养，制定新的培养目标，实现网络技术与教育课程的有机整合，建立一支高水平的师资队伍，充分发挥图书馆在信息素质教育中的作用。

| Abstract: | It inspires college students' innovative potentials through the education of information and diathesis on universities. The teaching stuff is required to acknowledge the importance of the education of information and diathesis and change their minds in order to pay attention to exploit the information consciousness and information conception of college students. The teaching stuff is also required to make a new education plan and combine the internet and the courses to improve its education level and make library play an important part in the education of information and diathesis on universities. |
