| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和问卷调查法对浙江省中学课余运动训练的基本模式、特征及条件进行研究,发现目前多数中学参加课余运动训练的人员结构、项目布局与衔接不够理想,师资状况、经费投入、场地设施等条件以及奖励和竞赛制度还有待改进,由此提出完善课余运动训练体系的几点建议,为提高课余运动训练质量提供参考意见.

| Abstract: | Basing on documentation and questionnaire survey, the paper has researched on the basic model, characteristics and conditions of extracurricular sports training in middle schools of Zhejiang province, and found that majority of middle schools have such problems as the training staff structure, the project layout and interface are not ideal, teacher status, financial input, facilities as well as award and competition system are not perfect. The paper has put forward some suggestions to improve the extracurricular sports training system and quality. |
