国家自然科学基金限项项目申请管理系统的设计及实现

本文针对国家自然科学基金项目申报指南限项申报要求，利用Visual Basic软件开发平台编程设计了项目限项申请管理系统。申请项目的负责人填写项目类别、课题组成员等项目基本信息EXCEL表，系统自动将其导入Access数据库，并按申报要求对数据库中大量数据进行查重，自动实现项目申报的限项检查，在国家自然科学基金项目申报过程管理中具有一定的实用价值。

Management System Design and Implement of Limited Projects Application of the National Natural Science Foundation

In this paper, aim at the demand of items limited application of the National Natural Science Foundation, using Visual Basic Software development platform, it designs the management system of items application. The project application principals fill in the Excel files of the basic project information that included the sort of the project, the members of the taskforces and so on, and then the system makes them into the Access database automatically. According to the application requirements, it checks the large amounts of data in the Access database, implementing the duplication check of the project automatically. And this design is proved to be reliable by practical running in the management system of the national natural science foundation.
