| Abstract: | Popular scientific cultural system is a popular cultural system which convert scientific technology into real productive forces and promote the quality of national spiritual civilization.The reform of popular scientific cultural system in Red Triangle area is an effective way to promote the economic and cultural development in this area and it is also the responsibilities of local governments at all levels in Red Triangle economic zone. |
