机床整机结构边界元静态解析方法研究

摘    要:运用边界元法 (BEM )和结合部理论 ,将机床整机结构用梁单元和弹簧单元来等效 ,并利用机床的设计图纸信息 ,建立机床的整机静力学模型 ,同时还可以预测机床整机的静态性能 ,为结构修改提供依据 .研究结果表明 :用边界元法进行解析计算 ,所得结果与实验值基本接近 ,提高了解析计算效率和计算精度

Abstract:By using boundary element method and joint theory, the global machine structure is equivalently modeled by beam elements and spring elements so that a static mechanic model is built up while applying the data provided by machine design drawings for its structural scheme design and predict the static performance of global machine can be predicted at the same time, to provide a basis for modifying the structure. The research results show that the results from the analytical evaluation by the methods presented are close to those from experiments and both the analytical computation precision and efficiency are improved.
