| Abstract: | In Chinese-English translation practice,"xiehui" is a term coped with frequently.In view of the fact there is no one-to-one correspondence,this paper makes a systematic study of the English words with the meaning of "xiehui" in Chinese before coming up with a strategy of how to translate it most appropriately in different contexts. |
