弹塑性有限元方法对轧制过程的模拟

摘    要:本文用三维弹塑性有限元法对轧制过程进行了模拟。这种方法基于 Prandtl—Reuss 流动规律和 Mises 屈服准则,结合有限变形理论可以给出有效的、精确的解。用有限元法分别对平面和三维的轧制过程进行了模拟。弹塑性区的增长,网格变形,金属流动规律以及单位压力和摩擦力的分布等信息都可以从本文得到。其中一些计算结果与实测值进行了比较。

Abstract:A three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite-element methodis presented for the study of rolling.This method is based uponthe prandtl-Reuss flow rule and Von Mises yield criterion,andincorporates a finite-deformation formulation for effective andaccurate solution.The finite-element method has been used to model rolling inplane-strain and three-dimensional deformation respectively.Theelastic-plastic zone development,grids edformation,flow pat-tern,pressure and frictional stress distrbution and spreadhave beeninvestigated.Some results are compared with measured values.
