| 摘 要： | 行动研究是西方在20世纪70年代兴盛起来的一种教育研究方法。行动研究所秉持的信念、方法和反思实践理性的认识论使它成为教师校本专业成长的一种有效方式。它为解决传统“技术理性”的实证主义教育研究中理论与实践的分离问题，找到了一条有效的途径。

| Abstract: | Action research is one of the educational research in western countries which becomes prosperous in the 70's of 20th century.The concept,method and reflective practice methodology which action research hold make it become an effective way for teacher specialized growth.It also finds an effective way to solve the problem of separating theory from practice in traditional positivist education research. |
