摘    要:在研究总结我国现有厂家及用户对摆线减速机要求的基础上,提出了新结构方案,并进行了理论分析。新结构对增大传动比范围、提高转臂轴承的承载能力等方面有较大改进,对大传动比减速机还能减小体积。

Abstract:Summarizing various requirements for the cycloidal reducers rendered by many manufacturers and users in China, the authors propose a new design concept with theoretical analysis. An obvious improvement is emphasized in respect to the increases in the range of speed ratio and in the load capacity of rotary arm bearings. The new design also provides small sizes for the reducers of high speed ratios.
