| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治工作和其他工作一样也有个效益问题,也必须遵循以最小的投入获得最大产出的原则。文章界定了高校思想政治工作效益的涵义,提出了高校思想政治工作效益的评定方法和标准,并分析了影响其效益的主要因素,以及思想政治工作者在实际工作中能努力降低“成本”,提高高校思想政治工作的效益
