And how to control effectively its negative influences and give full play to its positive influences need dialectical thinking about the relationship between the two sides,,need rethinking and positioning the relationship between human and nature and between science and value,and need making the way selection of establishing the green sci-tech system and following the road of scientific and sustainable development. |
