| 摘 要： | 高校分配改革应当以充分发挥每个人的潜能、学校获得最佳效益为目标.按照择优分配原理,实现这个目标的条件是各类教师的分配额所产生的边际贡献相同.目前所需要的是拉大不同级别教师的收入差距.

| Abstract: | The reforms in university distribution should be based on the fact that can bring everyone's potentials into full play, reading the goal of getting the best profits. And according to best-chosen distribution principle, the condition of ceaching the target is thatthe volume of each teacher's distribution brings about the same marginal coneribution. At pnesent what is needed is to widen the gap between different group 's teachers' incomes. |
