基于Rankine源法的船体线型优化设计

摘    要:在船舶初步设计阶段,为了快速、准确地获得阻力性能优良的船型方案,将势流兴波阻力理论Rankine源法、黏性理论和最优化技术有机结合,开发了适用于实船的线型优化设计程序.在优化计算过程中,将降低兴波阻力作为主要目标,将排水量限制作为基本约束条件,将反映船型变化的船型修改函数参数作为设计变量,采用非线性规划法中的SUMT(sequential unconstrained minimization technique)内点法进行最优化计算.通过对某高速水面舰船前半体不同区域的优化计算,获得的改良船型降阻效果明显,由此验证了该程序用于船型优化的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:In the preliminary design of a ship, in order to obtain a hull form with excellent resistance performance rapidly and accurately, the optimized design program of ship lines using optimal full scale ship was developed, which combined the Rankine source method (one of the wave making resistance theory of potential flow ) and viscous theory with the optimization technique. In the optimization process, the SUMT interior point method of Nonlinear Programming (NLP) was proposed with reducing wave making resistance as the main objective function, with appropriate displacement as a basic constraint condition and the parameters of hull form modification function as design variables. Finally, the numerical optimization examples for different regions of fore body of full scale surface vessel were provided, which indicated that the resistance was reduced distinctly by this optimal method.
