基于双重不确定性理论的水资源决策系统研究

摘    要:建立一个不确定情况下多重区间参数随机模糊模型D IMSFSP,研究不确定情况下的水资源管理,运用区间参数和概率分布实现对不确定情况的定量分析.从而更合理地表达水资源系统实际情况,为行政管理机构水资源管理问题提供可靠的决策依据.

Abstract:Water resource management is an important factor to a urban economic developing.The optimal and efficient management of current water resource is the primary task of urban administration.In this paper a dual inexact chance constrain programming method(DIMSFSP)was proposed for waster resource distribution systems in a grey situation.It used chance constrains parameters to deal with an uncertain situation.The results show clearly that this approach raises water resource management efficiency and is applicable for management of other environmental resources.
