| 摘 要： | 唐代宫廷医疗机构主要有尚药局、药藏局及太医署。尚药局是专为皇帝设立的医疗机构，负责治疗皇帝平时的疾病。药藏郎2人，丞2人，侍医典药9人，药童18人，掌固6人，药藏郎掌和剂医药。唐太医署总全国医政、医学教育，是全国医政总署，其本身也是集科研、医疗、教育为一体的医学机构。

| Abstract: | The major palace medical system in Tang Dynasty includes Shangyao bureau, Yaocang bureau, and Taiyi division. Shangyao bureau is the dedicated institution for the emperor, which in charge of the treatment of the emperor's common diseases. Yaocang bureau is in responsible for the treatment of Crown Prince. Taiyi division is the national medical service department and national medical educational department, which integrates research, medical service and education. |
