| 摘 要： | 随着中国政治、经济的发展和人们社会认同的变化,社会中的组织体以及个人之间的信用关系也发生了根本变化.这一根本变化主要通过从身份信用到契约信用,由政治信用到经济信用等过程得到实现.除了政治、经济因素外,法律规则对于信用关系的变化起了重要作用.

| Abstract: | Along with the politic and economic development and social identity transforming in China, the credit relationship between the social organizations and the individuals has changed ultimately. This fundamental transformation has been realized mainly through the process from the status credit to the contract credit and from the politic credit to the economic credit. The legal regulation is more important in the credit relationship transforming other than the politic and economic elements. |
