| 摘 要： | 研究了木糖醇和油酸的酯化反应。发现以氧化锌代替氢氧化钠作催化剂可以显著降低酯化温度，减少能耗和氧化副反应，有明显的优越性。

| Abstract: | The esterification of xylitol and oleic acid was studied.It was found that zinc oxide as catalyst has advantage over sodium hy-droxide. When zinc oxide is used,the esterification temperature, the energy consumption and the side reactions can be reduced remark ablv. |
