| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设是党的十六届四中全会作出的一个重要决策。当前,加强党的执政能力建设应以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深刻把握加强党的执政能力建设的科学内涵和指导原则,认清加强党的执政能力建设的重要性、紧迫性,并积极采取相应对策。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the construction of the ability of holding power of the CPC is an important decision made by the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC.Nowadays strengthening the construction of the ability of holding power of the CPC should be guided by the "Three Representives Theory",deeply understand the scientific intension and guide principle of it,see clearly the importance and pressingness of it and also take the corresponding countermeasures actively. |
