| 摘 要： | 借鉴超市理念，分析了公共图书馆的选址、布局原则，强调其人本思想的体现；同时分析了公共图书馆建筑设计理念，使公共图书馆真正实现其为当地经济与人民群众精神文化生活服务的宗旨，最大限度地实现其社会效益，同时也兼顾一定的经济效益．

| Abstract: | This paper uses supermarket idea for reference to analyse the rules of choosing the location and layout of public library, it puts emphasis on reflecting the thoughts of humanism; meanwhile the paper analyses the design principle of public library. This principle makes public library realize the aim of serving local economy and people,s cultural life, and achieves the most of the social benefit and a certain economic benefit. |
