机车受电弓弓头弹簧系统的优化设计

摘    要:将非线性有限元理论应用于机车受电弓弓头弹簧系统的研究.利用一种新型、稳定的接触问题求解方法——直接约束法,对受电弓和接触网进行接触计算分析,并将工程优化算法融入有限元分析的全过程,实现了弓头弹簧关键参数的优化设计.研究结果表明,利用该方法可较好地获得具体工况条件下弓头弹簧参数与受电弓受流性能的关系,求取最优的弓头弹簧参数值,为设计新型机车受电弓产品的弓头弹簧系统提供了科学适用的工具.

Abstract:A nonlinear finite element method was applied in the research of the collector head spring system of pantograph. The direct constraint procedure, a new and steady solution to the contact problem, was applied to analyzed the collector head and the contact, and optimization techniques were developed to analyze the contact of the pantograph - catenary and to evaluate the key parameters of the spring system. The analytical results indicated that this was an effective method in the design of the collector head spring system of new pantograph products. In this method, the relation between the parameters of the spring system and quality of current collection could be obtained, and the optimum parameters could be gained successfully.
