摘    要:设计了一个内燃机缸内流体动力学仿真软件平台.依据流体动力学基本理论,结合内燃机缸内工程模型,利用FORTRAN语言双精度算法设计源程序;同时设计专门的可视化模块将计算结果导入AOTUCAD通用软件中自动显示,开发出了集网格划分、CFD计算和可视化于一体的内燃机缸内流体动力学仿真系统.系统测试表明:仿真平台能准确反映客观因素对缸内状态的影响规律。能为下一阶段的燃烧过程仿真提供数据支持,能预测内燃机排放,可以在内燃机行业推广应用.

Abstract:This study investigates the design of simulation software for in-cylinder flow process of inter combustion engine. Precision of the platform is improved by the application of multi- dimensional models of in-cylinder CFD. Then, FDM(Finite Difference Method)and DPS(Double Precision System)of FORTRAN are contributed to code design in order to enhance solution velocity and capability of PC. Moreover, a special module is attached to the code for visualizing the solution in CAD.The test shows that the platform can accurately be used to simulateflow process and effects caused by physical factors, to provide the next combustion simulation with flow data and to predict emissions. It should be recommended in the field of engine.
